To become a chocolate expert, your journey will take you through the plantations, from the harvest to the current challenges facing cocoa cultivation, as well as its history from its origins to the present day, narrated by a scripted audio guide. You'll also meet the Alsatian chocolatiers who popularized it and made Alsace the leading chocolate producer in France. You'll discover the modern vision of chocolate through a room dedicated to chocolate art and a virtual demonstration that allows you to interact with two MOFs (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France - Best Craftsmen of France) who will reveal all their secrets for making pralines and ganaches!
