This dated ticket is valid for one day for a visit on the selected date and for the Disney® Park of your choice: Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park. You may exit your chosen Disney® Park multiple times during the same day and must present your ticket upon each re-entry. The ticket is cancellable and refundable up to 3 days before your chosen visit date (this calculation includes the day of arrival). For example, if you purchased a ticket for April 4th, you have until April 1st to cancel it. You can only cancel your entire order. If you wish to change your visit date, you must cancel your existing ticket and purchase a new one for your desired date (subject to availability at the time of booking). Ticket exchanges cannot be made via email. If you wish to add tickets to your order, you must make a new purchase for the desired visit date (subject to availability and at the applicable rate). This ticket can be exchanged at the Disney® Parks ticket booths only on the day of its validity: - for a 1-day/2-Park Disney® Park ticket, valid for the same day. A €25 surcharge will apply; - OR for a Disneyland® Pass valid for the same day. The surcharge will be the difference between the public price of the chosen Disneyland® Pass and the ticket price (shown on your e-ticket). Disneyland® Passes are available in limited quantities. It is possible that one or more types of Disneyland® Pass may not be available during certain periods. This ticket is nominative and non-transferable. Please bring photo identification. For fraud prevention purposes, your photograph will be taken and associated with your adult admission ticket to control visitor access to the Disney® Parks. This ticket is for individual use only and is not available for purchase at the Disney® Parks ticket booths. Other information: Children under 3 years old enter free on the day of their visit; proof of age may be required at the entrance. Some shows, events, experiences, attractions, entertainment, shops, restaurants, and other facilities may only be available seasonally or may be closed, modified, delayed, unavailable, or cancelled without prior notice.
