Eagle-Eye Cherry, born in 1968 in Stockholm, is an artist whose career took off with the worldwide success of "Save Tonight" in 1997. The son of artist Moki Cherry and jazz musician Don Cherry, he grew up between Sweden and New York, exploring music, drums, and theater before dedicating himself fully to music after his father's death in 1995. Following a rise marked by acclaimed albums and intensive touring, he took a break in 2012 to refocus, returning with works such as Streets of You (2018) and his latest album, Back on Track (2023). The latter, influenced by bands like The Clash and Talking Heads, blends his classic style with modern arrangements, reflecting his artistic journey and a renewed gratitude to his audience ahead of another world tour.
